I'm Bahli, the founder of Bloom & Nurture. My journey has always been shaped by care — growing up in a large family as the eldest daughter, working across different childcare environments, and living overseas as an au pair. Through these experiences, I saw firsthand how much a calm, nurturing presence can transform not only a child's experience, but an entire family's way of living.

 

I created Bloom & Nurture for families who value more than just convenience. Families who want to feel organised, supported, and truly present in their lives. My vision was never just to provide childcare — but to build a community where parents feel more connected, where children feel genuinely nurtured, and where life feels less rushed and more meaningful.

Are your staff qualified and trained?

Our sitters are vetted, insured, highly qualified, and dedicated to providing the best care for your child. We have an extensive screening for each career. Including: application, interview, reference check, social media review, background check, blue card, CPR and First aid.

Do you provide childcare at weddings?

Yes, Bloom & Nurture specialises in luxury wedding childcare across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, and Byron Bay. Our experienced nannies can assist during the ceremony, help children walk down the aisle, entertain them during speeches, and provide attentive care throughout the celebration so parents can relax and fully enjoy the day.

Do you provide childcare at events or special occasions?

Absolutely. We offer professional childcare for a variety of events including weddings, private parties, corporate functions, and community events. Our team creates a safe and engaging environment for children with age-appropriate activities and entertainment, allowing guests to enjoy the event knowing their children are well cared for.

How can I save more and gain priority access?

Families can access credit and discounted bookings, & priority sitter assignment through our memberships.

Can you provide babysitting at hotels or holiday accommodations?

Yes. We regularly provide trusted babysitting services at hotels, resorts, Airbnb properties, and holiday homes. Whether families are visiting the Gold Coast, Brisbane, or Byron Bay, our professional nannies can come directly to your accommodation so parents can enjoy a relaxing evening or attend events with peace of mind.
