How many carers do I need for my wedding?

We recommend one carer per three children under five, and one per five children aged five and over. Your Bloom & Nurture consultant will guide the right ratio for your guest list.

What age children do you care for at weddings?

We provide attentive care for children from newborns through to early teens, with age-appropriate activities curated for each group.

Do you work with wedding venues on the Gold Coast?

Yes — we work seamlessly alongside your venue coordinator and wedding planner across Gold Coast, Brisbane hinterland, Byron Bay, and beyond.

How far in advance should I book wedding childcare?

We recommend enquiring at least 8–12 weeks before your wedding date to ensure availability and allow time for thoughtful carer matching. If it is later than that, enquire to check for availability. 

Is your service available for destination weddings?

Absolutely. Bloom & Nurture travels for destination weddings across South East Queensland and Northern NSW. We include travel costs in the package depending on distance and how remote/rural the area is.

From the aisle to the tables, full-service floral design generally includes both ceremony and reception florals.
